The most interesting features of my flat



I moved into my new ground floor flat almost three months ago. Even though, my flat isn’t so big also is not too small. There are five warm rooms which make you feel pretty comfortable.


Furthermore, there are two front doors; one door is bigger than the other one. And as they are made of glass, they let the sunlight shine into the living room, which creates a relaxing atmosphere inside the flat. 

What’s more, my flat is such a quiet place, so one would prefer to stay at home instead of going out. As my apartment is on the ground floor, it has made it easier for the moving company to move all my stuff into the flat. Anyhow, if I move out of my ground floor flat, I will have to familiarize to a new ambiance.

Changing to a Healthier Lifestyle

 This busy world where we live in is causing a big impact in our lives. Now a days, the innumerable deadlines and endless tons of work make us feel exhausted all the time. What's more, we don't sleep eight hours a night like it should be, and that's why we still feel sleepy during the day. 
                          According to an article in Reader's Digest Magazine, our diet can influence our sleep, then we must change our bad alimentary habits in order to get a good night's sleep. 

First of all, we should avoid heavy meals at night.When we eat fatty food at night, stomach still working, making it difficult to sleep.Second of all, we must give up caffeine before bedtime for it keep us awake.   


In the same way, taking up a new sport and learning relaxation techniques can also help us to sleep well because they reduce stress and put us in a better mood.

As soon as we put into practice these tips, we will have a healthier lifestyle.
